Bobby Roode's Main Roster Debut

With the popularity of this mid card NXT heel, everyone is wondering when he will make his main roster debut. While I think it would be great to see Bobby Roode head to SmackDown, I think superstars like Samoa Joe, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Austin Aries need to come up before him simply because they have been in NXT longer.

After the three previously mentioned superstars go up to RAW and the NXT championship drops to Johnny Gargano, we can enjoy a feud between mega star heel Bobby Roode and mega star face Johnny Wrestling, which Bobby will win. He will take the belt sending Johnny to SmackDown Live. Bobby will go on to defeat everyone on the roster showing his dominance but will lose it clean at the 2018 Royal Rumble NXT TakeOver PPV. Dropping it to Eric Young would boost SAnitY and giving them the Women's and Tag Team belts as well would create a credible and dominate stable that will sweep over NXT. But that is for another blog.

As a surprise entrant in the Royal Rumble the next night, Roode throws Chris Jericho over to set up a match at WrestleMania between the two so that Jericho can pass the torch to Roode to become one of the greatest Intercontinental Champions of all time. As a heel, he can win the IC title and have his first reign be decent but only a few months long before dropping it to a veteran. The feud can last a couple months, which Roode will win taking the belt back, sending him to the top and giving the IC title some meaning again.

I don' think Roode needs to have a WWE World Heavyweight championship reign in order to get him over with the fans. A flashy heel who is able to win clean will boost Roode to a surefire Hall of Fame career that will be Glorious.
